Duration: 4 weeks – 1 session class per week; 4 week membership included
Bouldering 101 is a 2.5-hour class that meets for 4 consecutive weeks. Students receive a 4-week membership during the duration of their class which includes all gear and Adventure Rock Membership perks.
Bouldering 101 class is geared toward educating novice climbers on a variety of topics about bouldering. Students will learn to navigate the Bouldering gym and area through the course. The learning objectives for the course are:

Session outline:
Week 1 = Intro to Bouldering Gym, Etiquette, falling, board climbing, and warming up
Week 2 = Movement, route reading, and climbing tactics
Week 3 = Projecting and Bouldering progression
Week 4 = Training for Climbing topics: Why train? Limit bouldering, hangboarding, work capacity and muscular endurance, general fitness considerations
