Our advanced bouldering classes will introduce you to challenging techniques including Heel & Toe Hooks, Flags & Dead Points, and mastering Slopers, Pinches & Sequencing. Opt for a single class at $40 or sign up for the entire series at $120 and receive a complimentary group coaching session.

Our expert coaches will teach you how to navigate these challenging holds with ease, while also showing you how to create compression for slopers and aretes. Get ready to elevate your footwork game with our class on Heel & Toe Hooks! In just 120 minutes, you’ll discover the secrets to using heel rotation for added hip power, perfect foot tension and placement to keep your feet firmly on holds, and the why and how behind heel and toe hooking. Our expert instructors will guide you through engaging drills and provide direct coaching to help you master footwork like never before. Say goodbye to that V5 plateau and unlock a whole new level of climbing skills!

Are you looking to take your climbing to the next level? In this 120 minute class, learn how to use flagging to stay balanced or create power, how and when to use body tension and how to deadpoint, a type of dynamic movement that will help you reach further. Through drills and direct coaching you’ll learn to bring new purpose and awareness to your center of gravity, a critical step to overcome that V5 plateau.
