In this workshop we will be exploring traditional Buddhist sitting meditation techniques related to posture, breath, and our relationship to the thought process during sitting meditation practice. We will then practice silent sitting meditation as a group for 25 minutes. After practice we will explore traditional post-meditation mindfulness techniques and have time to address questions or share insights!
