This 3-hour mini retreat will introduce you to the power of your vagus nerve, the longest cranial nerve in the human body, also known as “the wandering nerve.” You will learn about the vagus nerve and its relationship to trauma, as well as how to tap into your own nervous system in order to heal. Expect space to play, learn, breathe, explore, and move at your own pace. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Please feel free to bring: comfortable clothes and layers, a journal, something to write with, water, snacks, and any familiar/sensory objects that will help ground you.
