Join Vanessa Weber and Susan Welsch for 90 minutes of a restorative yoga practice infused with reflexology techniques. The use of props will provide you ample support to surrender into gravity and receive the whole body benefits of reflexology. Reflexology involves massaging of the feet in order to promote wellness throughout he body, as the foot has reflex points that correspond to the various structures and organs throughout the body. Come see how this ancient practice paired with yoga can realign, rejuvenate and relax your body systems.

Vanessa Bio: I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and guiding practices since 2014. I spent 10 of the last 13 years as an educator abroad while leading yoga and wellness retreats around the world. While living abroad I received my RYT-200 through Yogavatar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My practice has provided a home on and off the mat no matter the language or culture. For me, yoga has become a daily vitamin; a source of inspiration, transformation, and self-discovery. In particular, I love restorative and yin yoga as it asks us to slow down the pace of our lives and to be still with our body, mind and spirit.

Susan Bio: I’m excited to share with the climbing community! I have been studying and practicing foot reflexology since December 2021 with the International Institute of Reflexology (the reflexology pioneer in the US, Canada & many other countries). I am also privileged to frequently work with my mentor, a 20+ year Nationally Board Certified reflexologist, who’s skill, wisdom and laughter is like no other. I believe Reflexology taps into our body’s amazing and innate ability to heal itself, not to mention it opens and relaxes the muscles, bones and tendons in one’s feet! It’s always a special gift, honor and joy when someone entrusts their feet to me.
