Get ready to crush it in our 8-week women’s-specific weightlifting class! We’ll meet once a week with a small crew of up to 5 amazing women. Whether you’re new to lifting or just want to up your game, this class is all about you.

Our trainers are stoked to guide you through personalized workouts each week tailored to your goals. No pressure, just a supportive vibe to help you get stronger and feel your best. It’s a low-key hangout, but we’re serious about empowering you on your fitness journey.

Join us for a 4-week adventure where you’ll build strength, feel better, work towards your fitness goals, and have a blast doing it.
