Certified in Vinyasa, I teach a creative, fun, challenging, and traditionally untraditional yoga class through asana, pranayama, and meditation. Focused on the unity of breath and body, I hope to inspire my students to find clarity by connecting deeper to their mind, body, and self.
I began my yoga journey 10 years ago. Yoga has given me the clarity to see the meaning and purposes in my challenges. It has allowed me to change my perspective and to bring ease to places of unease by finding inner happiness and healing. The practice is a continual transformation of my Self by settling the restlessness within my Self. I love being able to share my wisdom, joy, and positive nature with my students by creating a fun-loving, light-hearted, and welcoming community through meditative movement.
