Bio

Meg is a certified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor who specializes in Power Yoga.Practicing her personal practice for 9 years led her to live her wellness journey and guide people become the best versions of themselves. She also loves teaching kids yoga, doing freelance photography, dancing, and hiking. By linking breath with movement, she aims to help those around her flow through life whether it be through asana, meditation, or wiggling and giggling.

Monday – 6 pm – 7 pm:
Power Energy This is for those looking for an invigorating challenge. Power energy connects flow with breath and movement combine to create harmony and help you find a yoga practice that is both energizing and relaxing. Utilizing foundational yoga poses with options to add or reduce intensity. This class is a deep flow that builds strength, endurance, energy.

Yoga Essentials- This flow welcomes all levels! This class provides a solid foundation for movement-based yoga. Includes basic poses, fundamentals of alignment, & yogic breathing. This class will lead you towards balancing mind, body & spirit.
