Mindfulness & Movement
This class incorporates creative, intelligent sequencing with an emphasis on lengthening, aligning and strengthening. Each pose builds on one another and is held for several breaths to encourage awareness and conscious opening of the body. Suitable for all levels, designed to link mindfulness and movement.
