Hello friends! I began my yoga journey almost 6 years ago in order to cultivate more peace and
grounding during a difficult time in my life. Last year, after attending an amazing yoga retreat in
Mexico, I decided to become a certified instructor. When I teach, I like to incorporate
mindfulness in addition to connecting breath with movement and postures. Besides yoga, I like
rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, and camping--pretty much everything outside! I’m very excited
to share my practice with you!
