Greeting climbers, interested in taking your yoga practice to new heights? Join me, Senta Metz as we practice yoga using the rock wall.
Expect to practice alignment on the wall in triangle and warrior, balance in warrior three and half moon, open shoulders in chair pose and deeper forward folds, invert ourselves safely in handstand and forearm balance, plus the ultimate final relaxation with legs up the wall.
