This class will be an active vinyasa style to increase mobility. Mobility is the ability to move smoothly and freely. My goals is to help you carry this practice on and off your mat. There will be a strong focus in body awareness through full-range body movements and balance postures.

Alisyn was introduced to yoga after her gymnastics career ended due to a fractured T-8 vertebra. Yoga healed her from the inside out and opened many doors. She received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2014 and Children’s yoga certification in 2017. She later graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the college of health science with her degree in Kinesiology. She is currently studying for her master’s degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Midwest college of Oriental Medicine. She believes movement is medicine and loves to accompany movement with sound healing. She is also certified in Vibrational Sound Therapy and integrates therapeutic crystal bowls in her classes. It is her purpose to develop a creative, compassionate, and energetic atmosphere for all to learn and grow.
