Here's the scoop
Kids of all ages are invited to practice alongside their adult in this class centered on connecting with our bodies, breath, and with each other. Each class will combine yoga poses, breathing practices, and mindfulness meditation with fun games, activities, stories, and/or crafts. Practicing together, kids and adults alike will work on growing skills like balance, focus, and gratitude. No prior experience is necessary – all ages and abilities are welcome. Mats are available to borrow. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR CLASS MEMORIAL DAY-LABOR DAY.
Please register each person attending. (For example, if you are a member and are bringing one kid who is a member and one who isn’t you would register for 2 members and one non-member.)
