Here's the scoop
Have you ever been sitting below the crag, enjoying the view after a great climb, and wished there was a better way to capture the moment than reaching for your phone? In this two-class creative series, you’ll learn how to turn climbing memories into something tangible through handmade journaling and simple illustrative storytelling.
The first class focuses on **journal making**, where participants will learn approachable bookbinding techniques and create a handmade journal using upcycled materials. In the second class, **illustrative journaling**, you’ll explore easy and accessible ways to capture experiences through sketches, notes, and visual storytelling—no drawing experience required. The classes are designed for both artists and “non-creatives,” and focus on building creative confidence while slowing down and enjoying the process of making something by hand.
Both classes can be taken together or separately, and all supplies are provided.
