The word ‘yoga’ means union in Sanskrit, and this is exactly what partner yoga aims to achieve – a uniting of two people. Whether you want to share a unique date night, enjoy a non-competitive physical activity, or just connect more deeply, we encourage you to join us for Partner Yoga. This is an adult yoga class and is for students 13 and up only.
