This workshop offers a gentle space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner steadiness — especially when life feels like a lot. Through simple, accessible yoga and breath practices, you’ll explore how to recognize signs of stress in your body and respond with grounding practices that meet you where you are.
You’ll walk away with a set of on-the-spot tools you can use in real-life moments of stress — whether you’re in a crowded room, stuck in your head, or simply trying to get through the day.
No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
What to Expect
- Gentle, accessible movement to help release tension (no yoga experience needed)
- Breath practices to ground, energize, or soothe — based on what you need in the moment
- Tools you can use anytime, anywhere to support yourself during stress
- A supportive, low-pressure space with plenty of choice and rest
- Simple guidance to help you notice your nervous system state and respond with care
This is an adult yoga class and is for students 13 and up only.
