In a Slow flow class you will be guided through poses slowly and mindfully. This reduced pace allows the practitioner time to focus on finding a deeper connection between movement and breath. A Slow Flow Class helps us slow down and tap into our parasympathetic nervous system helping to allow our bodies to feel strong yet calm, balanced, and grounded.
